Ateme has entered exclusive negotiations to acquire 87 per cent of OTT and IPTV software provider, Anevia. The transaction, which has received the prior unanimous support of the boards of directors of both companies, is expected to be completed before the end of Q3 2020. The combination of the two companies would create a major player in video broadcasting infrastructure, with a combined revenue of more than ?80 million.
