Telescript’s Robo-210 PTZ prompter versatility is unmatched in the marketplace. The unique folding design allows the user to “fold away” the PTZ prompter in mere seconds without the use of tools and without removing any connected hardware.
“We know that our customers may need to use a prompter one day, but not the next... so why not make a PTZ prompter system that can adapt to the needs of the customer?” said Jim Murphy, Product Development Specialist at Telescript International.
When it came time to plan and design the new PTZ product line... it became clear early-on that using our Award Winning Fold and Go system was the way to go.
“As soon as it was brought to my attention, I knew we didn’t have to reinvent the wheel”, said Bob Helder, Master Machinist at Telescript. “I try to keep it simple and versatile, so making a folding system for our PTZ systems would without a doubt give our customer the best product in the market”, continue Bob.
The Robo-210 system comes with a 22” 16x9 display and a 24” folding hood system that includes SDI, HDMI, Analog & VGA inputs. The newest systems will also include IP connectivity. The modular design of the Robo-210 allows the customer to easily add popular options like the TallyOne, ClockOne and talent reference display.
“In a recent discussion with one of our customers, I heard how happy he was with the 24” widescreen folding frame because it allowed for plenty of panning room for the PTZ camera.”, mentioned John Kukura, Customer Support Specialist.
“Why would anyone think that putting a regular sized prompter hood on a PTZ camera would be wise? It makes no sense. That’s why Telescript went with a widescreen option”, continued John.
The Robo-210 also has the flexibility of using Telescript’s “quick adaptor” system which allows the unit to sit on it’s on own tripod in front of the camera.
“This allows to the customer the flexibility to move the prompter out of the way when it is not needed”, said Jim Murphy. “Give the customer everything they need and more, it’s what set us apart from the rest”. Continued Jim.
