Despite the war, Engineer-Service became part of the TVU Networks Global Rental initiative. This allows media outlets to rent modern TVU’s hardware and software IP solutions to accelerate their news coverage and distribute content to global broadcast.
“This May we will receive the first sets of TVU One transmitters and a server for receiving and converting signals from IP streams to broadcast SDI", said Oleg Sapiga TVU Networks brand manager Engineer-Service. "After field testing, we will start providing equipment and our support to the media outlets and AV professionals."
Compact TVU One mobile transmitter is capable to produce 1080p or optional 4K HDR signal with sub-second latency to stream the broadcast quality video over IP network. TVU One allows to aggregate all available data connections – cellular, 4G, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and even satellite to transmit broadcast-quality video from any location.
After Summer Olympic Games in Tokyo and Winter Games in Beijing where TVU Networks’ engineers supported a lot of customers from international media outlets, TVU has gained extensive experience in large-scale events. These global events helped TVU to improve rental program and provided media with modern and easy to use equipment / services to large-scale event coverage.
"We are confident that TVU One and also TVU Anywhere, and TVU Producer, can meet almost all the needs of modern media production to create relevant content in the coverage of events," added Oleg Sapiga. "Cloud- and IP-based solutions can provide the flexibility needed to produce compelling content, accelerating the path from shooting to the air"
"We are doing all what we ever can do to bring the truth about what is really happening in Ukraine to the whole world. Through the journalistic community and with the help of state-of-the-art technologies" – said Dmitry Prykordonny, CEO of Engineer-Service.
