AJA Video Systems unveiled Mini-Config v2.26.6 Software with 4K/2K 48/47.95 frame rate support for the 12G-AM and 12G-AMA, as well as minor maintenance fixes to the Hi5-4K-Plus. It is highly recommended that you update the firmware to avoid any potential issues.

12G-AM and 12G-AMA

• Resolves an issue where a 12G-AM and 12G-AMA do not properly detect and report a 1080p level B signal from a Decimator converter or a BMD ATEM consistently.
• Solves a problem where output embedded audio channel status bits may indicate incorrect audio sample rate.
• Fixes a bug where the Mini-Config user interface would report "??" when the input video was 47.95 or 48 frames per sec.

Hi5-4K Plus

• Resolves an issue where the audio is lost when a unit is powered up or the HDMI cable is unplugged and plugged while receiving signal.
• Fixes a bug where the device would report and output a 4K (4096 x 2160) signal even though the unit was receiving a UHD (3840 x 2160) Quad 3G-SDI source.
