Panasonic released Firmware Update v.2.54 for the AW-RP150GJ Remote Camera Controller. It improves support for the AW-UE160 PTZ camera and tally.
   

Firmware Update ver. 2.54 for the AW-RP150GJ includes:

1. AW-UE160 can now be controlled using a serial connection in addition to the conventional LAN connection.

2. The tally control command of the switcher cooperation function has been improved to support communication using the standard TSL5.0 protocol.

Note: Rebooting after this update will take longer than after a previous update. You can check the progress by turning on the button on the main unit. Please be careful not to turn off the power during the process.

First, the 10 camera selection buttons light up in blue. Gradually turn it off as the process progresses.
