Yorkshire Podcast Studios is a UK media specialist for web and streaming environments. Founded over 15 years ago, it has a main production facility near Leeds with capacity for 4 simultaneous jobs. Technical department rely on AEQ CAPITOL console for broadcast operations.
   

The business model has been to rent studios on an hourly or daily basis, as well as providing consultancy, human and technical support to complete the project to the client's requirements.

Currently the company's technical management has renovated studio 1, which is the main studio of the house, and has decided to install a digital audio console model AEQ CAPITOL IP as the centre of the whole structure deployed there, working together with an automatic video recording system and a powerful IP broadcasting platform for streaming.

AEQ CAPITOL IP is an 8 or 12 Fader Digital Audio mixing console. In CAPITOL IP the implementation of IP connectivity is based on a single module of 16 or 32 input and output channels incorporated in its Audio Engine. One of the main qualities of AEQ CAPITOL IP is the wide input capacity available: 4 mic/line, 12 analogue, 4 digital stereo AES/EBU (AES3), 2 digital stereo USB, 2 optional telephone lines, and optional digital multichannel audio links; 16 or 32 AoIP channels over two ethernet connectors or 64 MADI channels input over optical fibre.
