At the exhibition TV and Radio Fair in Kiev Sound Devices introduced a variety of products: from the flagship models of video recorders and audio mixers to accessories. The greatest interest of the visitors were about video recorders, PIX-260 and PIX240i, with improved matrix display, digital recorder with 12 track to record audio 788T-SSD and a field Production Mixer 664.

Sound Devices PIX-260 is Rack-Mount Video Recorder/Player with time code. 12-bit 4:4:4 recording, HD-SDI and HDMI Inputs and Outputs, records and plays Apple ProRes 4444, 4:2:2 and Avid DNxHD video, 5" 800 x 480 IPS display, up to 32 tracks of 48 kHz audio. Accommodates up to four eSATA-connected drives. RS-422 and embedded web-server control. Powered by 100-240 VAC power adapter. (PIX-RACK not included).
Sound Devices PIX240i is portable Video Recorder with time code. 12-bit 4:4:4 recording, HDMI and HD-SDI Inputs and Outputs, Apple ProRes 4444, 422 and Avid DNxHD included, 5" 800 x 480 IPS display, two hi-res mic/line XLR inputs with 48V phantom, powered from 10-18 VDC, removable Sony L-mount batteries or included 100-240 VAC power adapter.
Sound Devices 788T-SSD is powerful eight input, twelve-track digital audio recorders designed for production sound. Building on the success of the proven 7-Series architecture, the 788T offers greatly expanded input and output connectivity while continuing the 7-Series heritage of extensive control in a compact package.
Sound Devices 664 is a field Production Mixer is the new flagship in Sound Devices' line of portable audio mixers. Building on the foundation of the popular 552 mixer, the intuitive 664 has six inputs channels and four output buses. All inputs and outputs are recordable to both CF and SD cards. This unprecedented amount of I/O connectivity and recording capability makes the 664 perfect for any production application.
