Argo heads Calrec’s console range, which includes the Argo Q and the smaller Argo S, with intuitive IP native surfaces and DSP, interchangeable panels and configurable layouts. Argo has captured the industry’s attention, after winning NAB Product of the Year in 2023.
Argo interacts with Calrec’s Assist UI, allowing users to switch between physical hardware panels and a remote GUI. Argo’s modular panel system offers two mid-level rows of interchangeable panels on the larger Argo Q model and one mid-level row on the compact Argo S model.
Argo also leverages Calrec’s scalable ImPulse and its newer ImPulse1 compact native IP processing engine to provide audio mixing and routing capabilities, serving all productions simultaneously and geographically independently. The solution has flexibility of control surface options combined with web-browser based control and third-party protocol support which provides a powerful and intuitive interface.
