AJA Video System released update for HELO Plus. New firmware v1.0.1 is a maintenance release, it fixes known issues and improve overall productivity of H.264 1080p50 streamer / recorder with SDI and HDMI I/O.
   

Features, Updates and Improvements in v1.0.1

• After a firmware update, some systems could experience problems with connecting to remote servers, such as YouTube, via RTMP. This issue has been resolved.
• Rapid switching between inputs (including switching to non-existent sources) could leave the system in a state where it could not record or stream video. This issue has been resolved.
• Users could experience inconsistencies in operation of the storage LEDs. This has been corrected.
• Some systems could exhibit random illumination of the secondary stream and record LEDs after a power on or system reset. This issue has been resolved.
• If a source video which was in use was rapidly and repeatedly removed and reconnected, and the Video Test Signal Generator was set to a different format to that input signal, the system could fail to relock to the input signal, resulting in lines in the video preview window and corrupted recordings. This issue has been resolved.
• The HELO Plus REST API has been updated to add the capability to retrieve a single parameter value
