FOR-A Announces Name Change to HVS Switcher Series

FOR-A announces a name change to three products within its HANABI Series of video switchers. The companys formally named HVS-XT100, HVS-XT110, and HVS-XT2000 switchers will now be called the HVS-100, HVS-110 and HVS-2000.

Panasonic has announced the AJ-PX800, a new 2/3-inch, three-chip shoulder-mount camcorder with AVC-ULTRA recording. IBC 2014. Sony Unveils PXW-X200 XDCAM Camcorder

Amsterdam, IBC Show, 12 September 2014: Sony today unveiled a new addition to its XDCAM range of solid state memory camcorders, the PXW-X200. The new camcorder is a successor to Sonys PMW-200, which has been well received by many videographers and broadcasters due to the outstanding image quality offered by its 1/2 inch-type 3CMOS sensor and MPEG HD422 (50 Mbps) recording capability.
