Cinegy provides backbone for Telstras playout service

Telstra Broadcast Services has signed a deal with Cinegy to employ the companys products, including Cinegy Air, as the backbone of its playout service offering. The company is adding new playout capabilities to its existing global fibre and satellite networks, which will run on Cinegys software models.

NewTek, part of the Vizrt Group, has launched the NewTek NDI|HX PTZ3 Camera. Offering advanced flexibility and simplicity, the PTZ3 is the first camera on the market to use NDI |HX 3, the latest development from NDI. Users can select NDI |HX 3 as an option for better video with reduced latency using a fraction of the bandwidth. NDI Makes Available New NDI|HX3 For Developers, Manufacturers

NDI, part of the Vizrt Group, has announced the availability of its new NDI|HX3, which allows users of NDI|HX3-enabled device to select the latest NDI version for better video and reduced latency while using a fraction of NDI high bandwidth. NDI|HX3 gives manufacturers and developers a way to add greater flexibility without a change or upgrade of hardware, the company said.

China Built the 'World's Largest' LED Screen for the 2022 Winter Olympics Opening Ceremony

Angenieux RF Mount for EZ Zoom Lens Series Released

Angenieux has just announced a new RF Mount option for their EZ zoom lens series. This new mount makes the Angenieux EZ-1 30-90mm T2 and EZ-2 15-40mm T2 lenses natively compatible with a wider range of cameras, including the RED V-RAPTOR, Canon C70 and the new Canon R5 C.

     
     
 
MKTG Sports Selects New Fujinon UA 107 Lens for Live In-stadium Content

MKTG Sports + Entertainment, a marketing agency specialised in sports campaigns and fan experiences. They produce the in-venue coverage of AFL matches for the Scoreboards two big screens, separate from the broadcast coverage. The screens content is supplied mainly through two fixed stand cameras one captures a tight shot with an 87x lens and the other uses a 40x for wider shots. Further supporting footage is recorded with a portable RF camera. Recently, the MKTG decided to replace the 87x lens with a newer, more powerful lens and purchased the Fujinon UA107 with a 107x zoom range and 4K imaging.
